Introduction to Royal Icing & Beginner Decorating with Nicole - SEPT 28th 10AM - 1PM

By popular demand, Nicole from The Cookiery will be hosting this 3 hour workshop where we will cover:

Royal Icing 101: mastering different icing consistencies, from Pipe, to Flood, and Floral

Decorate 3 fall-themed cookies with Nicole, which will include doing some basic royal icing florals

Cover techniques to help with: colour or butter bleed, cookie spread, cratering, cookie storage/packaging and more.

All students will be provided the tools, icing and cookies required for the class. Please note that the workshop may run longer than the advertised time as required by the pace of the class and students. 

All students will also receive a 20% off discount to shop at the store before or after the workshop.

In order to keep the group size small so Nicole can provide more 1 on 1 assistance during the workshop, we are capping the number of students for this workshop.

Light refreshments and snacks will be available to all participants.
