An update regarding the changes to De Minimis parcels going to the USA and tariffs: Effective August 29th, all parcels regardless of value and country of origin entering the US will be subject to tariffs. While many of our products are made in Canada as are all our cookie cutters and thus protected by CUSMA/USMCA agreement (tariff free!) all other items that will be shipped to our US customers will require tariff payments. We have ensured that any potential price increases as a result of this will are as minimal as possible for all our US customers, and all tariffs will be prepaid which means you will not owe anything upon delivery. We will update if any further changes in the policy & processes occur.

Please note: processing times listed below do not include shipping/delivery times, which will vary depending on where you reside and your shipping method (expedited, standard mail, etc.).

Current processing times to ship orders with cookie cutters (excluding weekends and holidays):

As of March 6th: Our processing time for cookie cutters is 3-5 business days.

Prior to March 6th: 5-6 business days.

Supplies-only orders (no cookie cutters): 2-4 business days

Custom made-to order items (stickers, embossers mugs, shirts, colour holders): 6-9 business days.
