Cancellation and Return Policy

CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY:

If you placed an order and it has not yet been processed or shipped yet, we can cancel it for you but please note all cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee; these are fees we are charged by the payment processors/credit card companies and they do not get refunded back to us when we issue cancellations or refunds. If you need to cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours.

We do not accept returns, but please contact us if you have an issue with your order so we can assist you and help make it right :) Returns are only accepted on a case-to-case basis; if you need to return an item to us, please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping fees unless we are at fault with fulfilling your order for any reason, or your items were damaged in transit.

We insure all parcels; if your parcel is lost or damaged, please get in touch with us and we can initiate a claim on your behalf so we can issue you a refund for this. Your purchase is protected. 

For any parcels returned to us if you provided us with a wrong address or if you did not claim your mail from the post office, or do not pay any applicable customs fees, we will issue a refund when we receive the items back minus the shipping fees. All shipping fees are non-refundable in this instance.
