What We Need From You

Before adding this item to your cart, please have the following information ready to submit with your order:

1. Shape & Size: What shape would you like, and what size should your cutter be?

2. Cutter Type: Are you requesting a single cookie cutter, a multi-cutter (multiple shapes in one cutter), or a cutter and stamp combo (imprint cutter)?

3. Date Needed: When do you need your custom cutter? Please provide your required date so we can determine whether we can accommodate your timeline.

Artwork & Design Requirements

To help us create the best possible cutter, please submit a clear, flat image or drawing of your desired design.

Accepted artwork includes:

• Clear drawings or illustrations

• Flat digital images (JPG, PNG, etc.)

• Original artwork or designs you have permission to use

• Ready-made STL files

Please note: We cannot create custom cutters using photographs of decorated cookies or designs belonging to other cookie cutter shops.

Artwork that requires significant modifications, redrawing, or additional design work may be subject to extra fees. If additional charges apply, we will contact you before proceeding.

 

Custom Cutter Sizes & Specifications

Single Cookie Cutters

• Available in sizes ranging from 1" to 7".

Multi-Cutters

• Designed to cut approximately 4–6 shapes at once.

• Maximum overall dimensions: 7" × 7".

• The number of shapes will depend on their individual sizes and arrangement.

Imprint / Stamp Cookie Cutter Combos

• Available in sizes ranging from 3" to 7".

• Includes a cutting outline and coordinating imprint or stamp design. Please note that there is no handle available for the stamp portion of the cutter.

Ready-Made STL Files

• We can print customer-supplied STL files, provided the finished cutter does not exceed 7" × 7".

• Please note that we cannot guarantee the print quality or functionality of STL files that were not designed by The Cookiery.

• We are unable to resize most STL's without skewing the file, so ensure that the file you are uploading for us is already in the size you need.

Important Information

All custom requests are subject to review to ensure the design can be successfully produced.

The Cookiery reserves the right to decline any custom request that cannot be fulfilled due to design complexity, artwork quality, production limitations, or other technical considerations.

If we are unable to fulfill your request, a full refund will be issued.
