Shipping policy

All tracked parcels are shipped with insurance. Please contact us if your parcel is lost or misdelivered. We cannot file an insurance claim for boxes that are mis-delivered due to wrong address provided by the customer. 

All orders will ship out within our current indicated processing times on the website.
