An update regarding the changes to De Minimis parcels going to the USA and tariffs: Effective August 29th, all parcels regardless of value and country of origin entering the US will be subject to tariffs. While many of our products are made in Canada as are all our cookie cutters and thus protected by CUSMA/USMCA agreement, all other items that will be shipped to our US customers will require tariff payments. We are ensuring that any potential price increases as a result of this will be as minimal as possible for all our US customers, and all tariffs will be prepaid which means you will not owe anything upon delivery. More updates to come in the coming days as we sort through this new process with customs and US CBP.

Please note: processing times listed below do not include shipping/delivery times, which will vary depending on where you reside and your shipping method (expedited, standard mail, etc.).

Current processing times to ship orders with cookie cutters (excluding weekends and holidays):

As of June 26th: Our processing time for cookie cutters is 3-5 business days.

Prior to June 26th: 5-7 business days.

Supplies-only orders (no cookie cutters): 1-3 business days

Custom made-to order items (stickers, embossers mugs, shirts, colour holders): 5-8 business days.
