The Canada Post strike is over, but we continue to prioritize the use of other couriers in order to prevent any potential future disruptions. If you have a PO box or live in a rural area, we do recommend providing an alternate address if possible

Please note: processing times listed below do not include shipping/delivery times, which will vary depending on where you reside and your shipping method (expedited, standard mail, etc.).

Current processing times to ship orders with cookie cutters (excluding weekends and holidays):

As of March 9th: As we continue to clear out orders from our shop anniversary sale, orders with Cookie Cutters will now ship within 6-9 business days.

Prior to March 9th: 8-12 business days. This still applies to all orders that came in during our sale period, and after. However we expect to clear the backlog by the end of this week.

Supplies-only orders (no cookie cutters): 1-3 business days

Custom made-to order items (stickers, embossers mugs, shirts colour holders): 5-7 business days.
